My Introverted Nature

Working with people to some degree, is a requirement when you are part of an organization. However, some people are more cut out than others to be an intricate part of a team. On one hand, I see people who are so very people oriented that they cant stand to be or work on their own. At the other extreme, there are those, who would rather keep to themselves and get their own jobs done independently.

Please know that there are jobs for all types! Ultimately, balance is best because it gives you more opportunities when it comes to finding a suitable job. But, if you find yourself craving a cubby hole, behind a computer screen away from the hustle and bustle of a busy office, then thats ok too.
