There are an infinite number of career options for students who have just left or are about to leave high school, college or university and they are often overwhelmed by the influences of everyone from parents, to teachers to peers when it comes to making critical career choices.

 

I provide formal career assessment and private coaching which is specifically designed to give students, objective and practical guidance about these crucial career decisions, and help them to find where they best fit in the world of work. 

 

I use the worlds most widely recognized career assessment tools, the Strong Interest Inventory.  For our purposes, we use the very specific High School or College Student version of the assessment to help identify post-secondary courses and career options. 

 

Through a private tele or video conference meeting, we interpret the results of the assessment where students’ thoughts and ideas are discussed, in conjuction with the report and the experience I bring from my background, working with people from all industries and professions.

 

The goal is to determine realistic career options based on inherent interests, and help to pin point specific post secondary programs as a pathway to the pre-determined career goal. How exciting is that!!
