My name is Louise Hack and I am the Chief Career Coach at Declare It! Careers.  The inspiration for developing this service came from my two sons, while they were in high school and contemplating their career directions.  

 

Using my experience in the Career Coaching field as President at CMS Career Management Solutions Inc., a well established Canadian corporate outplacement firm, I have developed a wealth of career planning expertise. I have extensive knowledge and experience of a broad range of industries and occupations developed over the past 20 years, and I bring that knowledge to help my student clients visualize potential career options for themselves.  

 

A Certified Administrator of the Strong Interest Inventory, the worlds most trusted career assessment tool, I combine my 

experience, my passion in seeing my clients' successes, with 

this comprehensive, scientific assessment tool which guides 

young clients to exciting, but realistic career goals.

My goal is to help students to find or confirm a career direction, in which they can grow and be happy long term.

I began my career in 1993 after graduating from university, and learned the intricacies of the corporate outplacement/career transition business by moving through various departments; managing and planning candidate job search programs, writing résumés, designing and writing program materials, managing corporate accounts and promotions, through to over all operations management as President.

 

I spend her time outside Career Coaching, with her busy family including my 2 sons when they are home from university, 3 spirited dogs, and riding dressage horses.
