25 and Lost.

I’m always amazed at the pressure many students and young people in general, place on themselves.
On one hand I love to see it because it shows determination, will and desire to build their own lives. On the other hand, undue pressure can leave you feeling paralyzed, lost, uncertain and deflated about your future.
Students today must put their career game-plans into effect earlier than ever, which is not in alignment with the resources they are provided with through the school system to help them figure out the best path forward - which is why they end up pursuing someone else’s idea (ie a parent) or they end up floundering and not making a clear plan at all. Some find themselves in this floundering position after they are ‘supposed’ to be well on their way in their careers - only to feel restless and uncertain and unhappy in their current state.
I am here to tell you that there is always hope no matter what your age!! You are never to old to find and pursue your passion and you should never apologize for changing course! I work with people from all ages and industries as they pursue new jobs and directions because of circumstances outside or their control, and also because they have a personal need to change.

If you find yourself in this position, please reach out to me... let’s see what we can come up with for you... you might be surprised!! FYI, the career assessment with an hour of coaching with me via phone or Skype is only $200CDN.
